Michael Ivkovic has extensive experience in the structured finance, funds management and investment banking industry in Australia and Asia. Michael was formerly the Chairman of Brick Securities Limited, and Executive Chairman of NZI Securities Limited.
Michael established The Australian Private Capital Advisory Services Group in 1988 and retired from that position in 1998 following a management buyout. Since that time Michael has served as a Director of Paramount Securities Limited and the publicly listed Harrington Limited, AFT Limited, Meridien Resources Limited and Capital Mining Limited.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales.
Patrick has 30 years of international experience in the mining industry, including operational, exploration and business development roles with major companies such as Newmont Mining, BHP, Rio Tinto, and Fortescue Metals Group. He also has significant experience in the more entrepreneurial side of the business, co-founding several junior companies and acting as director or senior executive in several others.
His junior company pedigree includes Canadian listed companies such as: Lithium One, Copper One, Bellhaven Copper & Gold, Pure Energy Minerals, and FireFox Gold, for whom he is co-founder and chairman of the board.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geological Engineering and a Master of Science in Economic Geology (Geochemistry) from the Colorado School of Mines. He has specialized technical expertise in gold, copper, and lithium exploration. Gold exploration and mining has constituted a major portion of his career, including deep experience with orogenic, sediment hosted, porphyry, and epithermal gold deposits. He has also worked extensively in volcanogenic massive sulfide and porphyry copper deposits. Patrick is passionate about the integration of exploration technologies, particularly in targeting deep or blind mineral deposits.
Patrick has also led numerous transactions in the mining sector including alliances, joint ventures, investments, off-take agreements, capital market financing and corporate sales and mergers. He has evaluated and worked on several hundred projects in 30 countries across a broad range of commodities. He is originally from South Carolina and currently resides in Denver, Colorado in the United States.
Terry has had a long term commitment to Accounting, Tax and Management for SME entities, having commenced Public Practice in 1984 as Terry Grace and Associates. This business started in Western Australia.
Terry has held Directorships in numerous companies, Private and unlisted Public, and across a variety of businesses including Gold exploraton. Terry was the Managing Director of Mini Golf Australia Pty Ltd, CEO for the multi-million Dollar redevelopment of the Mangrove Hotel in Broome and Director of Lalla Rookh Pty Ltd. He has advised many clients over the past 40 years of his career, with extensive experience in management of corporate organisations.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Business degree (Accounting) from Curtin Universiry. He has been a Fellow of CPA since 1990 and is a past Chair of the Public Practice Committee for CPA NSW.
Russell has 25 years’ experience as an exploration geophysicist both as a company employee and as a consultant assisting well over 500 mining companies, including majors such as BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, FMG, Anglo American, Barrick, South32, Newcrest and various others. Russell has broad and extensive local and international experience in the application of geophysical techniques in mineral exploration for gold, platinum group elements (PGE’s) and a broad range of base metals including, iron ore, nickel, copper, manganese, graphite as well as mineral sands, uranium and water.
Russell hold a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hons – 1st Class) for Curtin University. He has a wide spectrem of experience with ground and airborne geophysical methods, particularly EM, IP, magnetics, radiometrics and gravity and has a strong emphasis on geologically driven interpretation of relevant datasets. Specialist in all forms of electrical/electromagnetic techniques and provides high level support for R&D projects and new technologies/applications for the continued improvement of such geophysical applications.
Russell has managed numerous major surveys and interpretation projects within Australia, Europe, Africa, Indonesia, PNG, South America, Madagascar, US-Canada, China, Vietnam and the Middle East. These projects have encompassed diverse geological environments and commodities with extensive experience on NiS/NiCuS and VMS/base metal projects.
Russell is strongly driven by mineral discoveries and has been closely involved/responsible for many base metal discoveries as listed below:

Colin is a career geologist having worked at Newcrest for almost 30 years, including six years as Mineral Resource Manager at Gosowong in Indonesia. Colin led the team responsible for the discovery of the world class Telfer Deeps and Ridgeway deposits and has extensive experience with both epithermal and porphyry gold/copper deposits in Australia and Indonesia.
Colin has been involved with several mine start-ups including the initial Cadia Hill open pit operation and the underground mines at Ridgeway and Cadia East at the Cadia Valley Operations in NSW, Australia and the Toguraci underground mine at Gosowong in Indonesia. Most recently, Colin was involved as GM Geology with Nusantara Resources Ltd to bring the 2.3Moz Awak Mas gold project in Sulawesi, Indonesia, out of retirement and into construction. Colin is a Member of the AusIMM.

Chris Gaughan completed a degree in geology in 1986 and commenced work as a professional geologist in 1987. The focus of Chris's career as a geologist has been predominantly in hard rock mineral exploration.
He has worked in various geological terranes within Australia, PNG, Indonesia, South Korea and Mongolia. Chris has been actively involved in exploration in volcanic arc environments for epithermal gold (high and low sulphidation styles), porphyry copper gold, copper-lead-zinc skarn, and volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposits. Experience in each of these deposit styles has included mapping, surface sampling, drilling and ore-body modeling.
